What this site collects

MedicalCodeLookup.com is a static reference site. It has no accounts, no sign-up and no forms that ask for personal information. Searches run entirely in your browser against code files downloaded from this site; the terms you search for are not sent to or stored on a server by the site itself.

Hosting and analytics logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare and the hosting infrastructure may process standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to operate, secure and improve the service. If analytics are enabled, they are used in aggregate to understand which code sets and pages are useful.

Advertising and cookies

This site uses Google AdSense to display advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. The site also stores one functional preference in your browser (the light/dark theme choice) using localStorage; it contains no personal information and is never transmitted.
